LTUE 2011

Overall, I don’t have too much to say this year:

• Contrary to popular belief, the BYU Conference Center does NOT have more food than the Wilk.
• As always, Larry Correia and Howard Tayler have the uncanny ability to make any panel immensely entertaining.
• I got a bunch of books signed by Tracy Hickman.
• James Dashner’s keynote address was excellent. He even (briefly) flashed pictures from when he went to high school.
• I had my first opportunity to see some live episodes of Writing Excuses.
• And I convinced Dan Wells into telling me the joke that he wouldn’t share during his horror panel (humor involving child molesters might cross the line, but even though that was the point he was trying to make in regards to horror, the joke was still funny).
